I just figured out that the EagleBank Bowl and the Congressional Bowl are the same thing.   I was watching the game today (which was quite good, by the way) wondering how DC could support two bottom-tier bowls and whether the Congressional was going to be at the Redskins’ stadium in Landover or where.
